You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account. Vendors and partners agree to comply with all applicable shipping, tax, and consumer-protection laws.

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass authentication, or scrape data.
• Do not upload content that infringes rights or violates the law.
• Do not use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Vendor subscriptions and credit balances are governed by the plan you select. Recovery credits redeemed through the platform have no cash value except as expressly stated in your plan or a payout agreement.

Impact figures shown in dashboards are estimates based on average box weight and CO equivalents. Do not present these as audited totals unless a plan or contract says otherwise.

You can close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for long periods, or place the network at risk.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Da Finesse LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
